Terra Bella Senior Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cloverland Park Senior Living Team.
As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, prevention, and coordination of services.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care, including health and psychosocial evaluation and ongoing monitoring of residents’ conditions.
- Coordinate health promotion, prevention strategies, and services to residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being and quality of life.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Manage time effectively with the ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments as needed.
- Demonstrate dedication to seniors and their well-being.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Two years of LPN experience required
- Two years’ experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to ensure the community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
- A dedication to seniors and their well-being
