Job Responsibilities:
* Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
* Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
* Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds
Qualifications:
* Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
* At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred
* Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
* Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
* Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
