Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday: $21/hr + $0.75 shift differential

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for 2nd shift (3-11 pm), Monday through Friday. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. Job Responsibilities

* As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.

* Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

* Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.

* Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.

* Monitors resident vital signs.

Qualifications

* Active CNA certification in Tennessee required

* Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.
