** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)** Full Time Day Shift

Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized leader in addiction and mental health treatment, combining evidence-based clinical care with the healing power of music. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring client health, and supporting the overall treatment process.
** Key Responsibilities**- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care.
- Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
- Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols.
- Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

** Qualifications**
- Active nursing license in the applicable state.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, addiction medicine, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to patient care.
- Experience with medication-assisted treatment, behavioral health medications, or specialty treatment protocols is a plus.
