# Concierge LPN/RN Private-Duty Home Care Support Office - Brentwood, TN 37027## Description We are seeking polished, dependable
** Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)
** to provide premium, one-on-one concierge care for private clients in their homes.
** This is not a traditional nursing position and does not involve skilled nursing or medical care.
** Instead, our nurses provide an elevated level of companionship, personal assistance, and attentive support to clients who value privacy, professionalism, consistency, and exceptional service.

Our concierge clients are looking for more than traditional caregiving. They expect a professional who is composed, attentive, highly dependable, discreet, and comfortable providing personalized service in a private home environment.###
** What You'll Do
*** Provide one-on-one companionship and attentive client support
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed
* Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks related to the client's care
* Accompany clients to appointments, outings, social engagements, or errands
* Anticipate client needs and help maintain a comfortable, organized environment
* Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and our concierge team
* Provide consistent, reliable service while respecting client privacy and confidentiality
* Deliver a polished, hospitality-minded experience at all times## Qualifications### Who We're Looking For We are highly selective about the professionals we place with our concierge clients. The ideal candidate is:
* A currently licensed
** LPN or RN
*** Professional, polished, and well-presented
* Exceptionally dependable and punctual
* Discreet and respectful of client privacy
* Warm, personable, and confident interacting with clients and families
* Comfortable working independently in private homes
* Detail-oriented and attentive to individual preferences
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing client needs
* Service-minded with an understanding of what it means to provide a premium client experience
* Able to assist with personal care and ADLs when needed
* Able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries

Experience in
** private-duty nursing, concierge care, plastic surgery/post-operative care, luxury hospitality, executive/VIP service, or high-net-worth private households
** is a plus.###
** Compensation:
**** LPN:** $27–$30/hour  
** RN:** $32–$35/hour
