In-House Project Realtor (Independent Contractor – Monthly Basis)

Mandy Development LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team as an in‑house project Realtor on a monthly independent contractor basis. We are an active real estate development company with multiple new construction projects in the Nashville area, and we are looking for a professional who can represent our inventory and support sales efforts across our developments.

• Manage listings for new construction homes and townhomes
• Coordinate showings, buyer inquiries, and open houses
• Work closely with our development and marketing teams
• Provide market feedback, pricing insights, and sales strategy
• Handle buyer communication from initial interest to closing
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, and title companies

• Experience with new construction sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Nashville market
• Ability to manage multiple listings and projects simultaneously
• Long‑term opportunity with multiple ongoing projects
• Based in Nashville, TN (site visits required)
