This is a full‑time, on‑site Line Cook role located in Brentwood, TN. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes within the restaurant’s established standards. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, following recipes, and collaborating with other team members. The Line Cook will also ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation policies while contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

• Culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentations
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure food quality
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and kitchen cleanliness best practices
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred
• Culinary certification or training is a plus
