Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidate s can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.

• $16 to $17 an hour
• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried Employee

• Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.
• Build rapport with prospects and customers.
• Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.
• Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.
• Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.
• Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.
• Other duties as required.

• Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen
• Experience using online applications, computers, and email
• Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently
• Utilize agency technology for comments and notes
• Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy
