The Daryl Foster Agency is a growing, client-focused insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized coverage solutions and exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to help expand our client base while maintaining long‑term relationships. This is an in office role with the potential for a limited hybrid work schedule after training. The position has a base pay range of $2500 to $3000 per month dependent on level of experience plus commissions for new business and some bonus opportunities.

• Sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, life, and recreational policies
• Quote, bind, and issue new business in accordance with carrier guidelines
• Prospect through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, cross‑selling, and community networking
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to maximize retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed established sales and activity goals
• Accurately document client interactions and policies in the agency management system
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and state regulations

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required or able to obtain quickly)
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up abilities
• Self‑motivated and comfortable managing time
• Experience with agency management systems and quoting platforms preferred
