Overview
Evolution Maintenance, Inc. is a Tennessee based commercial facilities service company founded in 2013. We are a growing company seeking to add to our diverse and multi-talented team.
Responsibilities- Service Refrigeration and HVAC in multiple areas across the state.
- Handle service calls for issues with reach-in and walk-in units and, in some cases, rack refrigeration.
- Provide commercial HVAC service as part of the workload.
- Work independently with good judgment and focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with Web Based Applications (tablets).
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration (mostly walk-in and reach-in units).
- Experience with HVAC service and maintenance.
- Experience with work order systems and descriptive note taking.
- Rack refrigeration experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
- Plumbing experience or other trade experience is a plus.
