LCS Senior Living - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Performs painting tasks as assigned for the residential community, including removal of existing paint, preparation of surfaces to be painted, application of a variety of surface materials, and maintenance of painted areas for both indoor and outdoor projects.;
Use of power cleaning equipment, chemicals, scrapes, sandpaper, and sanding machines;
Applies patches, plaster, and sheetrock by using filler, tape, spackling compound, patching plasters, and other relevant products as needed;
Prepares and installs vinyl wall coverings;
Paints walls, ceilings, and other interior accessories as assigned
