General maintenance and repair duties including preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture with minimal supervision;
Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems;
Operates equipment such as drills, pressure washers, hand tools, trash compactor, golf cart, computer and cell phone, and company vehicles;
Performs painting and refurbishing projects;
Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping; performs building and equipment repairs for interior and exterior in changing environments and temperatures
