Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a full-time CNA to join our team for the 2nd shift (3-11 pm), Monday through Friday, at 900 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN. This 66-bed skilled nursing facility offers dignity, comfort, and activity in a beautiful campus setting.
