You’re a builder who balances technical excellence with pragmatic delivery. You juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball, communicate complex ideas clearly to non‑technical stakeholders, and take pride in shipping clean, well‑documented code. You’re equally comfortable working autonomously on deep technical challenges and collaborating cross‑functionally to solve business problems.
Most importantly, you obsess over details—because in production systems, the details matter.
