About the role:
Pride Staff is partnering with an established local property management organization to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will maintain daily records of member accounts, process incoming payments, and oversee monthly billing operations to ensure smooth financial workflows.
What you will do:
Post daily member payments, audit revenue reports, process cash and electronic check deposits, and research merchant service chargebacks. Prepare and distribute monthly member billing statements, setup new accounts, and process ownership or service changes. Respond to account inquiries, maintain detailed member records, and assist with annual audit preparation and file organization. What you will bring:
If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! High school diploma or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of dedicated billing and accounting experience. Proficiency with accounting software, 10-key calculator, and Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
