Transylvania County Schools seeks a Principal for Brevard High School. Position is available July 1, 2026. Position is full‑time and includes employment benefits; 12‑month employment term plus 9.0% local supplement. Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 0012 (School Administrator—Principal) and must demonstrate:

• Successful teaching, administrative, and leadership experience
• Dedication to supporting and improving positive student achievement
• Superior instructional leadership qualities
• Ability to lead the development of Professional Learning Communities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong organizational, managerial, and problem‑solving skills
