7am-4:30pm, with rotating weekends. No call.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

• One year of RN experience
• Strong Cardiac and/or Critical Care nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire date. Grandfathering will be accepted.
• RNs with 10+ years of experience are exempt.
• Masters in Nursing preferred
• Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Must maintain current licensure; eNLC license may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
