We are interviewing candidates for our OR Registered Nurse opening at Asheville Surgery Center.

• Provide leadership, facilitating the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

• Required Experience: One year of OR nursing experience and experience with circulating.

  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with the requirement to obtain a BSN within five years of hire date into an RN position. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
• Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing.
• Required Licensure: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; licensee should confirm with NCBO.
• Certificates: BLS Healthcare Provider.
