LPN - MedSurg

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Acute Care Unit, providing high-quality nursing care to patients across various levels of care, from medical-surgical to ICU. The RN will be part of a team-based care model, collaborating with medical staff, case management, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care and facilitate timely discharges.

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals during daily team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required upon completion of orientation.
• Preferred experience in ICU, stepdown, or a minimum of 1 year in a medical-surgical setting.
