Pediatrics Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health is seeking a Pediatrics Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support our pediatric unit in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, lead bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to pediatric clinical standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities include patient triage, care planning, parent education, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You'll assist with staffing, precept new nurses, support quality improvement initiatives, and use advanced EMR and monitoring technology.
