This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus,

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(RN)
  • Registered Nurse must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date(DL)
  • Driver License must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
  • Associate Degree
