Care Partners seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the PACE Center in Brevard, NC. You will work under the Day Center RN to triage, administer medications per MAR, and assist with labs, procedures and wound care.
You will document patient conditions, coordinate with providers and families, and educate patients on pharmaceuticals while supporting the care team to meet clinical priorities. This is a full-time, on-site nursing position.
