Key Responsibilities of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit
- Provide high-quality direct care to patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient vitals and perform EKG monitoring
- Administer IVs, manage central venous lines, and arterial lines
- Conduct wound care and maintain Foley catheters
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient treatment and discharge planning
Requirements of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of one year med/surg experience preferred
