ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, patient-centered care in emergency settings, including assessing pain, performing procedures, documenting care, responding promptly to patient needs, and educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and self-management strategies.
QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. Must obtain RN license within 30 days if not already licensed in the state.
SkillsStrong clinical assessment, procedural, and documentation skills; excellent communication and patient advocacy; ability to educate and translate medical information effectively.
Key DutiesCollaborate with healthcare team, ensure compliance with standards, promote effective pain management, and deliver compassionate care to support positive clinical outcomes and patient experience.
