Position Overview
This role involves providing leadership in delivering professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being. The nurse will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN/advanced degree program with a goal to obtain a BSN within 5 years. - Preferred Education:
Master's in Nursing. - Required License:
Current RN licensure in North Carolina and BLS certification. - Preferred
Certifications:
National specialty certification. - Experience:
Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience.
Strong clinical skills, leadership ability, commitment to patient safety, and effective communication.
