As Lead Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will help maintain high standards in cleanliness, inventory, and team performance.

• Supervise and support staff across all shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and ABC regulations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee vendor check-ins
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to all customers
• Monitor cash handling and prepare shift reports
• Train new employees and foster a positive team culture
• Keep shelves stocked and store areas clean and organized
• Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues

• Previous retail or convenience store experience (1+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
