General Manager

As General Manager at M A C, you will lead a high-energy retail store, owning sales results, team performance, and the customer experience. You'll recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse team of beauty advisors and artists, elevating artistry, service, and product knowledge. You'll manage operations, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising while analyzing KPIs to drive growth. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day retail store operations to achieve sales, service, and profit goals
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team of beauty advisors and artists
• Drive exceptional customer experience aligned with M A C artistry and brand standards
• Analyze sales, KPIs, and inventory to optimize performance and reduce shrink
• Execute visual merchandising and promotional strategies per corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention procedures
• Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and oversee budgeting at the store level
• Build community relationships and support local events and brand activations
• Foster an inclusive, creative culture focused on education and continuous improvement
• Report results, insights, and action plans to regional/area leadership
