Join Machias Savings Bank as an SVP, Commercial Banking Officer in our Central Market and help drive business growth through strong client relationships and tailored financial solutions. In this role, you’ll manage and expand a commercial portfolio while partnering across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet market goals.
What You’ll Do- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships, including complex clients
- Drive new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach
- Analyze financials, structure loans, and guide clients through lending solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services and meet sales goals
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years of commercial lending experience with a focus on strong sales and operations
- Proven track record of achieving organizational goals
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
