Tank Finishing Technician

• Install valves, brackets, sensors, and other accessories onto tanks
• Perform electrical wiring and component installation as required
• Buff, deburr, and polish aluminum surfaces to meet quality and safety standards
• Ensure tanks are free of sharp edges, contaminants, or visual defects
• Perform light welding or tack welding for accessory mounts and structural components (if certified/required)
• Assist with minor fabrication adjustments or repairs
• Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, and visual inspections to verify structural integrity and compliance with specs
• Document quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Clean, cap, and prepare tanks for secure transport
• Package accessories, complete documentation, and stage tanks for delivery
