Job OverviewHaffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and maintaining high customer service and store appearance.
CompensationSalary ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus.

- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store with a friendly ambiance.
- Complete daily administrative duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
- When the Store Manager is unavailable, the Assistant Manager assumes managerial duties.
- Positive role model for fellow employees.
- Supervise employees.
- Execute all aspects of company promotions as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
- Communicate company promotions to store employees.
- Strong people skills to motivate others.
- Proven ability to solve business challenges.
- Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
- Results‑oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter, with confidence and a positive outlook.
