Job OverviewHaffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing day‑to‑day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance.
CompensationSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. The minimum salary opportunity is $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus and summer bonus available.

- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints or requests in a timely manner; report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
- Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
- When the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all managerial duties.
- Act as positive role models for fellow employees.
- Supervise employees.
- Execute all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
- Able to communicate company promotions to store employees.
- Strong people skills to motivate others.
- Proven capabilities in solving business challenges.
- Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
- Results‑oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter, with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
