Job OverviewHaffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, adhering to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and ensuring high levels of customer service and store appearance. Haffner’s offers a positive work environment, excellent training, and advancement opportunities; over 35% of current employees have been promoted to manager roles.
CompensationSalary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Minimum hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $30.00. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus and a summer bonus.

- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner; report feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Act as the full‑time manager when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
- Supervise employees.
- Execute all aspects of company promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
- Communicate company promotions to store employees.
- Strong people skills to motivate others.
- Proven capability in solving business challenges.
- Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
- Results‑oriented, willing to take responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiastic self‑starter with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
