Compensation
Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job OverviewJanitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain a clean and safe environment, caring for the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area.
