What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician focused on maintenance, you'll help keep equipment running efficiently and reliably:

  • Perform oil, filter, and lubrication services on heavy equipment
  • Inspect machines for early signs of wear or component failure
  • Check and maintain fluid levels to OEM specifications
  • Complete inspections and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
  • Collect and review oil samples and service data
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Operate and maintain a field lube/service truck
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Deliver strong customer service at every job site
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of heavy equipment or mechanical experience
  • Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • CDL B (required)
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Basic computer skills (service reporting)
  • A strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
