• Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Perform concrete cutting and coring as part of a team, including moving materials and equipment
• Operate saw cutting and core drilling equipment with skill and care
• Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment
• Follow all safety standards and jobsite procedures
• Ensure proper cleanup and disposal of debris and slurry at each job
• After training, take on responsibility for running jobs with 1–2 helpers

• Experience with saw cutting and core drilling required
• Wire saw and concrete demolition experience is a plus
• Strong physical stamina and ability to handle demanding work
• Construction experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
• Leadership potential and willingness to grow within the company
