Service Technician

TC Hafford Basement Systems is looking for an In-Home Service Technician to meet with existing customers, perform annual maintenance on basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems
, troubleshoot concerns, and recommend solutions that help protect their homes.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments at customers' homes
• Inspect existing systems and identify opportunities for repairs or upgrades
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships
• Install service-related products as needed
• Complete paperwork electronically and communicate clearly with customers
• Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean, professional appearance

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Construction or home services experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
• Naturally mechanically inclined with the confidence to troubleshoot problems, think critically, and find practical solutions
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile devices
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Able to work in crawl spaces and perform physical work when needed
• Must be able to start and finish day at our Brewer Maine location
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
