What You’ll Do- Deliver comprehensive hygiene care including cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
- Educate patients and drive oral-systemic health awareness
- Build strong, trusting patient relationships
- Partner with doctors to support diagnosis and treatment acceptance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Active RDH license in Massachusetts
- Passion for patient care and education
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Tuesday-Fridays 7am to 4pm
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

$55-$60 per hour & hygiene bonus plan-$Up to $4,000 Sign on bonus!
