BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES
:
The CBS Clinician provides individual and family therapy and counseling and case management services to youth and families enrolled in various CBS clinical programs including but not limited to the PINS Prevention Program, The Intensive Service Coordination Program, and the DOH Children and Family Treatment Services. The CBS Clinician completes necessary paperwork and reports, and maintains a positive relationship with the Departments of Social Services and The Department of Probation.
This position will carry a caseload as needed.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field with at least two years’ clinical and case management experience with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license and a registered operating car
- Must maintain active approved agency driver status
- Must hold or be eligible to receive and working towards receiving NYS license applicable to degree
Usually Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm but must be flexible as needed to meet client, department and/or agency needs.
Starting Salary$55,000 per year
This is a temporary 40 hour per week role approximately April 2026
- October 2026 and is not benefit eligible.
Bilingual Spanish preferred (with an additional $2,000 stipend per year).
