Cape Cod Post Acute - Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-time, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Shift. Same day pay. PIB, shift differential, sign‑on bonus of $12,000 for full‑time. Salary $42–$51 per hour, all inclusive.

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the written plan of care and physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes as necessary.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
