The Job Coachwill provide students with direct supervision both in and outside of the agencyin order to refine their employability skills; this work may take placeone-on-one and/or in a small group setting. They will be responsible for helping students learn, accommodate to and perform work addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, the Job Coach will help students acquire the necessary interpersonal skills that will be essential in all working environments.
Education/Experience:
Atleast two years’ experience working with adolescent students. Experience with special needs population preferred.
Bachelor’sor Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification :Valid Driver’s License
Starting Salary:$18.00 per hour
Schedule:Monday through Friday, with avariable schedule based on students’ needs.
Hours can range from 9a-5p/10a-6p/11a-7p; ability to be flexible withone’s schedule is required
