Cape Cod National Golf Club is seeking a motivated and career-focused Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and develop within a positive, forward‑thinking environment. The Second Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Superintendent and leadership team to help manage daily golf course maintenance operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Mowing operations and daily course presentation
- Spraying and chemical applications (fertility, plant protectants, integrated pest management)
- Water management
- Assisting with crew supervision and training
- Safe operation and oversight of modern golf course equipment
- GPS sprayer technology
- Robotic mowers and autonomous equipment integration
- New Pump Station installed in late 2025
- New irrigation System scheduled for 2029‑30
