Echocardiogram and Vascular Sonographer

Full time position available.

Education:

• Must demonstrate competency in ultrasound by receiving one of the following credentials in vascular ultrasound technology:
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) provided by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) provided by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• Vascular Sonographer (VS) provided by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography (ARRT)
• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program

Must maintain 30 continuing education units tri‑annually if required.

• Echocardiograms
• Stress Echocardiograms
• Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms
• Carotid Ultrasounds
• Arterial Ultrasounds
• ABI with and without exercise
• Venous Ultrasounds
• Aorta Ultrasounds
• All other duties as assigned
