(Weekend)
PRN-Registered Radiology Technologist
Weekend position covering Friday/Saturday night-2x per month
Fri: 6pm-7am, Sat 7pm-7am
QualificationsARRT in good standing, or eligible. BLS certified.
Advanced registry or minimum one-year experience in specific modality required for CT
Responsibilities- Obtain and process images required for routine and diagnostic procedures as approved by the radiologist.
- Prepare the room and maintain all supplies, equipment and documents required for procedures.
- Provide information to patient/family members about the procedure.
- Utilize ALARA techniques to minimize radiation exposure.
- Provide/communicate relative patient information to the Radiologist.
- Maintain continuing educating as required for respective ARRT registries.
- All other duties/skills and qualifications will be discussed at time of interview.
