Full‑time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire with paid training. Join our team of Wireless Sales Professionals to promote wireless services and accessories to Walmart customers.

• Work in the wireless services section and engage with customers about post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections to drive sales.
• Uphold professional relationships with customers and teammates.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and direct them to displays.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation or kiosk.
• Submit paperwork accurately and on time.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect for customer confidentiality.

• Weekly base pay ($800‑$1,000) plus uncapped commission.
• Next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
• Base pay raise opportunity every 6 months.
