Overview

Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire with paid training. Join a team of Wireless Sales Pros at Walmart, engaging customers in the wireless services section and promoting carrier plans, accessories, and service plans.

• Engage consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Accurately document and report sales, submit all paperwork completely and accurately, and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Provide courteous assistance, guide customers to displays, assess needs, advise on products, and build customer confidence.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services and excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity, customer‑centric commitment, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average part‑time sales reps earn between $600–$800 weekly.
• Paid training course, base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Next‑day pay on demand through Daily Pay.
• Base pay raise every six months.
• 401(k) with company match.
• No cold calling, door‑to‑door, or telemarketing; focus on in‑store interactions.
