Fitch Irick Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Oakwood Villa in East Brewton, AL. This full-time, non-exempt role covers property care, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to minimize disruptions for residents.
Required:
at least 1 year in general maintenance (property management a plus), High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and willingness to travel between properties.
