• Being in charge comes with great responsibility. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead a team toward a common goal: sell more pizzas and have more fun. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
• Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
• Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and handle associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Navigate within the delivery area to locate addresses and handle diverse environments while carrying product.
• Perform basic arithmetic as needed and handle monetary transactions.
• Utilize computer keyboard, touch screen, and related devices.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.

• Daily tasks are performed standing; be on your feet for the majority of your shift. Work surfaces and equipment vary by area.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and brief periods of bending or climbing stairs may be required.
• Hand-eye coordination required for dough handling, use of pizza tools, and packaging.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.
