As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Operations team and help keep day-to-day processes running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, supporting cross-functional teams, and learning new processes in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to help ensure our sales teams have the documentation, information, and coordination they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
* Provide day-to-day administrative support for Sales Operations and related teams
* Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting documentation and applications
* Track records, renewals, and important deadlines to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
* Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy
* Communicate with internal departments and external agencies to gather information and support ongoing processes
* Research basic requirements and guidelines across different municipalities and states as needed
* Help organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation archives
* Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows
* Respond to requests and follow up on outstanding items to help keep projects moving forward
* Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or operations experience preferred
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
* Experience with Salesforce or document management systems is helpful but not required
