Senior Sales Insights Manager - Cardiometabolic

The Senior Manager - Insights & Analytics provides insights and analytics support for sales within the NNI business, acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial lead and their leadership team.

• Establish strategic business partner relationship with Commercial Lead and directors
• Analyze market dynamics (PCP/endo behavior, Health System impact, market access influence, other market players) and develop insights
• Generate local market insights to inform commercial strategy, tactics, and execution
• Partner with Commercial Lead, directors, and Sales Execution to plan and execute key initiatives based on insights and recommendations
• Conduct deep dives to find root causes, identify opportunities, and define solutions
• Apply knowledge of local market levers and available tools to create recommendations for a business unit
• Provide strategic guidance to support existing brands and launch plans

• 20-30% overnight travel

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in math, statistics, engineering, finance, or business;
  Master’s preferred
• Preferred: 7+ years insights/analytics; 5+ years customer-facing and/or field operations; pharmaceutical analytics and/or consulting strongly preferred
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills (e.g., R, SAS, Tableau, Qlik)
• Preferred: pharmaceutical data experience (Xponent, Xponent Plan Trak, LAAD, Chargeback)
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, creative problem-solving, project management, quantitative analysis; statistical programming preferred
