What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, AI-savvy, highly analytical, and comfortable working across data, systems, and business functions. This individual will go beyond tracking initiatives to help design solutions, develop dashboards, automate workflows, connect data sources, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve business outcomes.

This person should have a strong understanding of how enterprise platforms, data, and business processes intersect across the organization and be eager to explore technology-enabled solutions while partnering closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.

• Serve as a key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work, partnering across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.
• Manage the Book of Work lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, execution tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate governance forums and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, dependencies, key decisions, and outcomes.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for initiatives, milestones, reporting, and leadership communications.
• Enhance governance frameworks, reporting standards, and execution practices through continuous improvement.

• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Support data governance efforts and promote transparency around key business metrics.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities across the portfolio.

• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency across business processes.
• Implement sustainable solutions that enhance transparency, accountability, and execution effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across governance, reporting, intake management, and operational processes.
• Support operating model enhancements through automation, standardization, and process optimization.

• Partner with Technology and Data teams to understand data structures, business rules, and system relationships.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of reporting, workflow, and automation solutions.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to dashboard development, workflow design, process automation, and data integration initiatives.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, Governance, Data Governance, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working in complex enterprise and/or regulated environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Experience supporting portfolio management, Book of Work execution, data governance, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of governance structures, decision-making processes, risk management, and execution oversight.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into concise, executive-ready insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, operational scorecards, and management reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective.

• Demonstrated curiosity and hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance workflows, reporting, productivity, and decision‑making.
• Ability to query and analyze data using SQL or similar technologies.
• Understanding of data models, data structures, data lineage, and system integrations.
• Experience working with APIs, connectors, data feeds, or enterprise integration solutions.
